Everything happens in a simple order:
- Agency sites — Add each client’s WordPress site (or open one you already added).
- Pick a tool — Blog, Email, Social, or Google Ads for that site.
- Billing & usage (agencies only) — Put the email that should get invoices.
You only see your agency’s data. Media-Zoo admins see every agency.
Who can log in
Agencies see only their own sites. Media-Zoo admins see everyone. Add a partner agency with an email and password you choose, then share those credentials with them.
Directory
Edit billing details with Edit. Remove deletes their login (not their WordPress sites—those stay until you delete sites from each site card).

Billing & usage
Keep your company name and billing email correct so month-end invoices go to the right person.
Invoice details
Shown on Media-Zoo invoices and emails.
Legal name or DBA—whatever should appear on the invoice.
Where we send the bill. Can be your login email or finance@…
How Media-Zoo bills
- Usage accrues through the month across every site your agency connects.
- You receive one statement at month-end for the whole agency account.
- Questions? Reply to your invoice email or contact your Media-Zoo contact.
Sites on your account
Your agency sites
Each site you connect appears here—only for your agency. Open a site to manage blog, email, social, and ads. Add new WordPress properties with the Media-Zoo connector plugin.
Site Name
Choose what to work on for this site only. Each tab has its own Save actions.
Ask questions in plain English
Example: “How do I post a blog?” or “What does Mailchimp need?” It only knows about this site—for other clients, switch site from the site list first.
Media-Zoo Automation Assistant
Your AI-powered marketing co-pilot
Jump to a tool below, or use the tabs at the top. Everything below is for this site only.
Assistant is always one tap away
Use the Assistant button at the bottom-right on any page. On a site dashboard, answers are scoped to this site.
Blog for this WordPress site
Connection = your login. Automation = when to post. Topics pool = ideas for the AI. Manual test = run one post now (real draft).
Email (Mailchimp)
Add your Mailchimp API key under Blog → Connection first. Here you create campaigns; we send them to Mailchimp as drafts—you send from Mailchimp when ready.
Every published blog post automatically creates an editable Mailchimp draft using the Master Template.
Email Campaigns
Send any campaign to Mailchimp as a fully editable draft — edit text, images and design directly in Mailchimp before sending.
